How to Place an Order at Alex Jewels
Since the price of 18k gold fluctuates and every jewel is tailored to your preferred size and design, our prices are not fixed and therefore not listed online. Instead, we provide personalized quotations via WhatsApp.

Confirm Your Order
Once you are happy with the quotation, a 50% down payment is required to begin production. -
Production Process
Our skilled artisans will handcraft your jewellery. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the design and complexity. Some intricate pieces may require additional time. -
Final Approval & Balance Payment
When your jewellery is ready, we will share photos and a video for your confirmation. The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup (or prior to shipping, if applicable).
